What yield is realistic? 450-550 g/m2 indoors is achievable with competent LED lighting and attention to feeding. Outdoors, 180-250 g/plant is realistic in 50 litre pots or in prepared ground with full sun — and "full sun" is doing a lot of work in that sentence at these latitudes, so the position you pick in the garden matters more than the pot you buy.
