What We Sell
We supply cannabis seeds as collectable and genetic-preservation products. Nothing on this website is an encouragement or instruction to do anything unlawful, and the grow information we publish is provided as general horticultural reference for readers in jurisdictions where cultivation is permitted.
It is the customer's responsibility to know what is lawful where they live before ordering. We cannot advise on that, and nothing on this website is legal advice.
No Medical Claims
We make no medical or therapeutic claims about any product we sell. Nothing on this website is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and none of it is a substitute for advice from a qualified medical professional. Any effects described in strain information are reported preferences and grower observations, not clinical findings.
Age Requirement
Our products are sold only to adults aged 18 or over. By placing an order you confirm that you meet that requirement. We reserve the right to cancel any order where we have reason to believe it does not.
Accuracy of Published Information
Flowering times, yields, cannabinoid ranges and terpene profiles are drawn from breeder documentation, publicly reported figures and grower-community results. They describe what a strain has produced under particular conditions, not what any individual grow will produce. Genetics are only one variable among light, medium, feeding, climate and grower experience.
Where we publish a figure we have not been able to source, we say so rather than estimate it.
Intellectual Property
The text, photography, strain data compilations and page designs on this website belong to Royal King Seeds unless stated otherwise. Strain names and breeder marks referenced on this site remain the property of their respective owners, and are used to identify genetics rather than to imply endorsement.
Limitation of Responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any product or with your use of this website is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not responsible for outcomes that depend on how, where or under what conditions a seed is used after it leaves us.
Nothing in this notice limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Governing Law
This notice and any dispute arising from it are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
